TERRAZZO &
NATURAL
STONE
Bringing heritage floors back to life -- with precision, not shortcuts.
THESE FLOORS WERE BUILT TO LAST. WE MAKE SURE THEY DO.
Terrazzo, marble, travertine, and natural stone floors are some of the most durable and beautiful surfaces ever installed in a building. But they require professional restoration when they become dull, scratched, cracked, or stained. Improper cleaning products and decades of foot traffic take their toll -- and these surfaces deserve better than a coat of paint.
We use diamond grinding and polishing equipment specifically calibrated for natural stone and terrazzo to restore the original luster of your floors without damaging the material. The result is a surface that looks as good as the day it was installed -- sometimes better.

OUR
PROCESS
Every project follows the same disciplined approach. We don't cut corners on prep, we don't rush the cure, and we don't leave until you're satisfied with the result.
We identify the type of stone, the nature of the damage, and the appropriate restoration approach before any work begins.
All structural cracks and surface chips are repaired with color-matched materials and allowed to cure fully.
Coarse to medium diamond pads remove deep scratches, lippage, and surface damage from the stone.
Progressively finer diamond pads refine the surface to the desired level of gloss.
Final polishing step to achieve maximum clarity and reflectivity on marble and terrazzo.
A penetrating stone sealer is applied to protect the restored surface from staining and moisture.
THE DIFFERENCE
IS CLEAR
We use professional-grade systems, not the DIY kit materials that peel within a few years.
Most failures trace back to poor surface prep. We invest the time and equipment upfront so your floor bonds and stays that way.
Concrete floors are all we do. That focus shows in every finished project we deliver.
Every job is covered. You're protected throughout the entire installation process.
Detailed quotes, no hidden charges, no surprise invoices. You know what you're getting before we start.
We review every square foot with you before we leave. If it's not right, we make it right.
