Concrete must be clean, open, and free of existing coatings or sealers before staining. We grind or etch the surface as needed.
Acid stain or dye is applied and allowed to react or penetrate. Multiple applications may be used for depth and complexity.
Acid stain residue is neutralized and thoroughly cleaned before sealing.
Your chosen sealer is applied in one or more coats for the desired finish level and protection.
We walk through the finished surface with you and review maintenance recommendations before we leave.
